to be the finest defensive infielder in Illinois. Sure handed with a lightning quick and very smooth release, "T-Rods"
body control and make-up combined with his old school work ethic and humble demeanor will make him among the top recruits
for 2010. Tirado was named an all-conference performer the last two springs and has posted division 1 caliber offensive

ARMANDO SALGADO, IF-RHP, St. Pat's
2010
Salgado
is among the most improved palyers in thearea since 2008. Big and immensely strong, Armando's upside is off the charts.
Power is straight-away and his numbers are climbing as he begins to turn on balls. Soft hands and awesome concentration and
leadership make him a very solid defender as well. On the mound, he is low 80's with strong 11/5 spin that seems to
improve everytime he gets the ball. 2-seam fastball has natural downward action.

CHRISTIAN RIVERA, CF, Notre
Dame 2010 At 5'10 and 178 LBS, Rivera is among
the best conditioned and strongest athletes in the class of 2010. A former star corner on the football field, Rivera's
explosive talent on the diamond began to emerge last fall in Iowa City when he homered, tripled, doubled and stole three
bases in one game against college-level competition and he hasn't slowed down. A "sub 7" 60 and strong accurate
arm, Christian uses the whole field with straight-away power. The cieling for Christian Rivera is as high
as anyone in this class. Program-oriented and the consummate teamate, Rivera's loyalty to teammates and his coaching
staff are unrivaled. Some program is going to be very fortunate to land "Riv". ACT: 26 GPA: NA
INTERESTS: WARM WEATHER (Southeast)

JOSE CASTRO, RHP-IF, St. Pats 2010
At just under 5'8, this guy is a spark-plug kind of player
that brings unbelieveable energy and effort to every facet of the game. A very intelligent baserunner, surprising gap
to gap pop and consistent contact, Castro is hard guy to keep out of the lineup. On the mound, his change-up is his
out pitch while his low 80's FB keeps hitters off-balance. Castro will go after hitters and doesn't walk himself out
of games. A very intelligent player that will outhustle anyone. Solid corner defender as well.

WILL HRABE, UT, New Trier
2010 5'11 175 Senior Utility man
Will Hrabe carries a 4.3 weighted GPA and 33 ACT score to compliment his terrific versatility on the field. A regular
at both second base and corner outfield, Hrabe hit a combined .346 with an on-base pct of .553 this summer and fall.
With 20 extra-base hits this season and 11 scoreless innings on the mound this summer, Hrabe has truly earned the right to
say he can "do it all". His fine work as director and board member for New Trier's ELS and Special Olympics
programs help to round out a package of on field versatility and off-field leadership and discipline. GPA: 4.3 weighted ACT:
33 Interests: Academic D3, Liberal Arts

JOHN LYNCH, LHP,
Loyola Academy 2010 Loyola
Academy's Gentle Giant (6'4 200) Is starting to gain velocity and leverage and his changeup feel is improving every time out.
Pitching coach Eric Porter: "When he keeps the change down and spots his fastball, he's effective. When he gets the slider
going, he's dominant". With every outing, Lynch grows more confident and is starting to fulfill the promise his frame
and make-up showed in 2008. Lynch is a likely candidte for a school with a strong fitness program and knowledgeable
pitching coach to help finish this project. A consistent winner in high school, Lynch seems to gain fire and motivation
from within as college decisions near. Strong academics and very well respected and liked by teammates, Lynch
is a solid competitor and a potential gem coming from this class.

MACK MONDALA, IF, Notre Dame 2010
Mondala is among the best clutch hitters AE has ever seen. Armed
with patience and a compact, powerful stroke, Mack is disciplined and powerfully built. At 6'2 and 210 lbs.
Mack is exceptionally light on his feet with very soft hands and a accurate arm. Mack did not commit a throwing error
in over 80 chances this summer/fall. Very coachable and a natural leader, Mack is among the most popular players with teammates.
A perfect "program" guy that will contribute immediately on both sides of the ball.

PETER McNITT, IF-C, New Trier 2011
With two years of varsity
baseball under his belt, Peter is among the brightest in a group of bright prospects for 2011. Like the class of 2009,
2011 is just loaded with the quality of players and people that comprise the college game. Power to all field with outstanding
pitch recognition and balance, McNitt has a model LH impact stroke. He'll take a walk and rarely strikes out and runs
better than most corner/catchers (7.1) due to his impossible fitness level. Trainer Mindee Epstein: "Peter is a
near-perfect athlete in terms of his attention to detail and unwavering commitment to making himself as good as he can be."
Head Coach/MLB Scout Phil Apostle: "Self motivated and the kind of kid you root for. He just does the right
things. He's always looking to make himself and everyone around him better. He can flat-out hit, too. Nobody's perfect--Pete
comes pretty darned close." Peter is already recieving offers, but academics will play a major role in
where he lands.
