Phil served as Head Instructor and Director of Baseball Operations at multiple local and National facilities in his two decades of professional work prior to founding AcademyELITE Baseball in 2008. Since 1995, Phil has piloted his teams on the field to over 400 high school and collegiate victories through 2013. His students and players have earned the most collegiate playing opportunities in the Chicagoland area during that span with over $7 million in scholarships. Phil gave his 25,000 private lesson in the fall 2013. He has four little Rancher fans; Montgomery, Clayton, Coltrane and Savannah Rae.
An All-Area and All-Conference player at New Trier High School, Zach went on to Miami (OH) University as a pitching recruit before hurting his arm. He then became a NCBA (club) All-American second baseman. Since joining AE, Zach has coached seven 18U tournament championship or runner-up teams, while giving over 10,000 private lessons.
Zach serves as AE’s Director of Baseball Operations & General Manager of the Collegiate Homestead Ranchers. Zach’s free Sundays thru Wednesdays (depending on time of year) for hitting, pitching or general skills lessons.

Tampa Rays AA pitching coach RC Lichtenstein will be teaching at AcademyELITE – Glenview Tuesday and Friday evenings. Space is limited. He will be available from 3-10PM beginning November 5, 2014 through Spring Training. Changing speeds and working down in the zone as well as the mental game will be stressed. Players currently on Homestead Ranchers 13U-18U rosters will take priority but all are welcome.

Upon finishing his career pitching at North Central College where he set nearly every pitching record, Kloss served as pitching coach at North Park University and at Glenbrook South High School. Coach Kloss is a master at teaching young pitchers the feel of off-speed pitches that are so critical to success on the mound. Players currently on Homestead Ranchers 13U-18U rosters will take priority, but all are welcome.
35 years in the game. Pitched at University of Minnesota and currently coaches at St. Viator High School as well. One of the nicest and most knowledgeable baseball guys you will ever meet.
Kelsey Lee (Softball) Hitting, Pitching & General Skills
Kelsey Lee played Division 1 softball as a pitcher at Lehigh University. In high school, Kelsey was named the Pioneer Press Player of the Year, as well as a Chicago Tribune second team All-State and Sun-Times second team All-State selection. She currently holds the New Trier record for career strikeouts (967) and career shutouts (39), and led the team with a .427 batting average as a senior.
